About The Title
My grandma is full of interesting stories (whose grandma isn't). And her store where she sold her stuffed toys that she made was called Chocolate Soup. I thought it was an interesting name so yeah. I also have a weblog with the name. www.xanga.com/chocolate_soup

-You must have a website, if you didn't what would be the point of joining?...
-It doesn't matter what anime your website is about, but it MUST be about some anime/manga.
-You may have cursing and what not in your site to join. Because who am I to say what you can or can not put in your site content. I believe 100% in freedom of speech! ^-^ so have at it! But please tell me if you have it or not.
-In your e-mail you must have a link to your website for me to see what it looks like, and if it has anime and what not. I probably won't deny anyone cause i'm just a nice person like that ^-^.
-When I e-mail you back I will have the banners for you to choose from for you to put on your site. You must link the banner back to this site. I will also be sending you a banner of my website, because i feel loved when people advertise me ^-^ hehe.
